Rujuta Diwekar is my all time favourite dietician. Her every book is awesome and this book is not any exception. Thyroid or Pcod patients got a over all knowledge about do's n don't through this book. I was 84 kg and reduce 9 kg in just 2 months by reading rujita's book n following her YouTube video. Interesting book
I must say the hinglish author has used in the book makes it very interesting ,I got hooked to the book when I start reading it,found it knowledgeable for nutritionists like me and also for anybody who is suffering from pcod ,thyroid,obesity .great book easy to understand .
