Please allow them 7-15 days to come out of transit fatigue by putting them in bright natural light (no direct sunlight) and watering them by putting bottom of the pot for 15-30 seconds. Watering should be done after 5-6 days of receiving the plant to prevent any fungal infection due to transit. Laxmi kamal is an auspicious plant. Keeping Lakshmi Kamal plant in house is believed to bring wealth and prosperity. According to Vastu Shashtra, if a Lakshmi Kamal plant is kept in the northeast direction (Ishaan Disha) of the house, it can remove all of the architectural 'Vastu dosh.
