Nripendra Mishra hails from a small town, Darbhanga, in North Bihar. He completed his schooling from Darbhanga, Darjeeling, Patna, New Delhi and engineering from Pune. His exposure to people in different cities made him acquainted to different thought processes and cultures.
During his school days, his articles were published in the local supplement of national newspapers. He also started a monthly campus newspaper in his college. He has been writing poems from his pre-teenage years. He is a big cricket fan, likes cooking and loves listening to Eminem. At present, he is working as an analytics professional with a multinational bank in Bangalore.
