The product is not worth for the price paid. It is not well engineered product. At red refill spot it is balck and visa versa.
The writing of the refill is also not exceptionally good.. it is just acceptable level.

I am not trying to impress that it is worst product! But it is not in the category of best product!

Excellent product feels awesome to write with & the pen ink is also very distinct and stands out,the lead pencil is good too.The over all grip on the pen is also awesome..I am very happy with the product.However people might find it a little Pricey

The pen really very useful and easy to handle. It is worth to buy.
This pen is design in such a way that we can use 2 color pen and a pencil also. this pen can be mainly used in offices, where sometimes we will need a pencil and we will be searching for it. According to me this is a dynamic pen for professionals.

pentel is considered a good brand,i was too under the same impression.
however it turned out to be atotal waste of money .

Very cheap plastic , very poor quality refills for pen, Cant write a word without the pen line breaking.
The pencil is good, but very flimsy. Doesn't compare to good brands like zebra sharbo. The rotation mechanism does not go around instead opens up when you twist it.

Sometimes when I look at products online, my eye will catch that one scathing review but this product is bad don't buy this product.

I use the Pen-tel Pen + Pencil Black Multifunction Pen i though it will work smoothly but no it doen't work properly. I am Not Satisfy From this product. This pen is rubbish Yuck!!!!!! . Red AND Black REFILL is not working fluently. Disgusting Pen..: (
