For centuries unknown, probably from the era of initial human civilization, men have some questions in their mind – ‘Is there a God?’, ‘Is ghost there?’, ‘Is soul exists?’, ‘Is re-birth possible?’’ Still, there is no satisfactory answers to these questions. Most of us believe that there must be something, may be some sort of energy, which is beyond our imagination and control. For last many centuries people are striving hard to know about this unresolve mystery. The soul is such an intangible and imperceptible object about which lots of dialogues, debates and discussions are going on without finding any amicable solution. Many scientists and philosophers tried to explain the soul according to their own perception and logic, but in vain. No one in the World succeeded to either prove or disprove the existence of a soul.
We all are probably interested to know, if soul exists, then ‘what happens to the soul after death?’ History has never questioned the Ramayana, the Mahabharata, the Geeta, the Bible and trusted on these books. Now we are in a scientific era. We want all principles to be either proved or disproved scientifically. This may not be possible even in near future to find and end to the war between ‘Religion’ and ‘Science’ as far as soul is concerned. The aim of this book, ‘Perception’, is to try to understand different concepts related to the soul and minimize the gap of our knowledge in this regard.
