I never found such a well-insulated steel bottle, even from popular brands. It's sturdy and keeps water hot for almost 18hours. Yes, it's too big. I never knew when I was ordering. But that's an advantage, as water can last 18 hour and result is 100% truth. It is best for budget to all. I used this product 1 week and it gives to me best result. Go for it......
