Pretty good
It has written cool and bright light.. Sorry which I had received is not cool and bright rather a bit warm.. And which I had brought 2 years before the same brand Phillips and same price is very beautiful cool light. So, I don't think so if Phillips is manufacturing led bulbs without best standard quality assurance or just manufacturing for quantity for revenue. Overall it is a very good and affordable refilling for not working bulbs.
