I have received a package of carefully packed bulbs. They are safe and undamaged. The bulbs are of good quality made by oldest and famous Indian company, Philips. When it comes to electronics category i wl definitely prefer philips... When i ordered this product i thought it may come in bigger size bt the size was small, but brightness is very good wn compared to other products
