I bought this in a shop for Rs. 1000 last year and not in Flipkart. Good that prices are coming down hope they fall further and more people buy these things. It gives amazing brightness - I replaced a 30W CFL in my kitchen and it appeared twice as bright!! It means the CFL brightness has diminished a lot in less than a year.

U can replace that old fashioned mammoth tube light with this. It's very difficult to discard a tube light after use. it is hazardous to environment and it last only one or two years but this led may last 15 years and there is no mercury in it and it takes only one third of electricity and give a better luminance .I bought it from a different site for rs.800/- hope the led prices will come down and there by save our environment and electricity . 2 years warranty & it worked only for 2.5years. poor than local & cheap counterpart.

the brightness is good enough for a room of 15x12 feet.
