Just wow!
Today received this led bulb & test them, quality is super....... brightness & actual 2000 lumens,must buy.again order one set of same bulb & reacived same as above from PramieHYD.

Pros:
1. Easily replaced 40W tube light or CFL.
2. 60% energy saving over CFL or tubelight.
3. Brighter than 40W tube light.
4. Bought at good price of 1119/- for pack of 2.
5. Fast delivery by flipkart as always.
Cons:
1. So bright, you can't look at it when it glows.
2. Life period is unknown as it has less history.
Overall a great product from Philips and good price from flipkart.

Better replacement for Tube lights
This is the better replacement for tube lights than CFL. The Lumen value is 2000 and it is brighter than 40W normal tube light. The one bad thing i feel about this lamp is that it is so bright and you should not look at the lamp when it is glowing (you could see the tube light when it is glowing and it will not affect your eyes)
Instead of having this lamp on the side of the wall if you place it on center of the hall ceiling, the hall would be evenly brighter on all corners.

Excellent
Amazing I got 4 17w led for Rs 948. One 17w ked bulb is equal to 2 40w tube lights brightness. Philips produce pure white brightness. I have everedy led bulb it's slightly yellow.

Good quality product
lights were great and price was also very good but I guess I have got used lights because it didn't look like new . I have ordered it before also so on comparison the earlier one was clean & new.

Very Good
it delivers the light more than a Fluorescent tube ie 1200 lumen. These LED gives light to single side so we have to use it on the top and make all the light useful without a shade (reflector) for the light, still 19-09-2020 the both bulbs working properly in daily for last 4 years 7 hrs per day.

Very bright ...
I have replaced my 23W CFL bulbs with these 17W bulbs and my place is much brighter now. These bulbs are as bright as a 32W CFL bulb. Great purchase but the price seems to be very high as Philips have dropped their prices for this bulb and most of the shops around my place are selling these bulbs for Rs. 360/- each.

Worth every penny
I always used to purchase plenty of led bulbs for my institution. It's better than the CFLs for sure. And Philips is the best. One suggestion to all LED bulb user that please don't use the led bulbs for study or other reading purposes. It will harm your eyes. For reading classic tube lights are best. Thanks
