Pros:
1.Good Look

4. Good Viewing angle
5.USB Supports my 1TB Harddisk and plays all formats.
Cons:
1.LED Quality is little bit low but cant complain while comparing the price range
2. Volume during USB Play is pretty low
3.USB Port present on back side. So U need a usb hub permanently connected to it before mounting it to the wall. On table top mounts, No issues.
