Performance

A large feeding tube allows you to put in unwieldy and large fruit pieces directly into the juicer and a powerful 700W motor ensures that everything is reduced to fine pulp. The micromesh filter, made of fine and durable stainless steel, sieves through the seeds and the skin allowing you to collect pure, fresh juice from it without need for further cleaning.

Design

The anodised aluminium body is designed to be lightweight and compact and it comes with a pulp container with 2 litre capacity and a 1.25 litre juice mug as well. Easy to maintain and with a convenient drip stop to avoid unnecessary mess, slip the juicer into the dishwasher for quick and easy cleaning.

Great Juicer!

It is one of the best purchase in race of different juicers available in the market.Juices can be extracted quickly and easily.Cleaning is also not problematic.Brush is been provided for its cleaning .No more peeling for apple,carrots etc...juice can be extracted in few seconds .I will surely recommend this product !

Great juicer, excellent value for money

If one is looking for a high quality juicer, then there is no need to look beyond PHILIPS HR 1861.It is priced higher than a whole herd of juicers available in the market, but this product outshines others by sheer quality.

Not only a stylish-looking juicer but also a great performer.

Am glad that I bough this particular model, though it's on the expensive side, because it is a really good juicer.

PROs:
1. Very sturdy built, and has a 'handsome' look.
2. Use whole fruits. No need to chop small fruits like apples, oranges, sweet limes, etc.
3. Extracts most of the juice from fruits.

5 stars - absolutely no doubt about this one.

Got this as the first step of my strategy to reduce my weight (the movie "Fat, Sick and nearly dead" was a great motivator for both - getting the juicer and reducing weight). This works because it has a large feeding tube which removes the need to cut fruits/ vegetables, and has an easy washing since only 3 parts need washing if you discount the juice jug ( since you can collect the juice in a tumbler directly), and the waste bag (which you can use a plastic bag to collect the pulp in). I made a big mistake by ordering this product from another site just because it was priced little less (Dont want to mention the site name. I received the product Broken but still could use it for few days. Have sent it to repair now, spending again! I didnt want to return it to them because they wouln't be sincere in returning the money. I really missed Flipkart!

This is really a great juicer, very powerful. The design is beautiful. The look and feel of the product is definitely worth the price you pay. Takes seconds to juice out everything.
Still juice can be extracted from the waste but its much easier and quicker that it was on a food processor.
Overall this is a great product.. very efficient and elegant.
And a must buy for regular juicers.

Amazing Juicer (Do not buy from FLIPKART though)

This juicer is really good, motor is really powerful. Its fast and efficient, Juices really well and leaves pulp almost dry. Cleaning is easy and I would suggest use a soft bristle toothbrush to clean the blade. Its not loud at all and specially for the size of the motor it has. Design is nice and elegant, Aluminium finish makes it stand out. The quality of the plastic parts is good and you can tell its not a cheap product. I really can't think of anything bad about this product.
