Received a used product. The seal was broken, body hairs were sticking on the blade end, of course someone had used it and returned. But kept it anyway because I needed it. Just washed it with soap a few times and used it. I absolutely needed it because I used to cut myself while shaving my balls. Now I can shave my balls without worrying.
