Just the noise. Everything else is good.
Okay, This is a good looking and powerful grinder. I sure recommend this product.

The noise of this grinder is heavy. (Its a new launch. Hence Philips could have worked better on the sound of this machine.)
We can hear sound of a screw or something rolling inside the grinder when you shake it. (May be it's just only in our product)
There were lot of scratches. (Packing could have done better by Philips).

A Good Product by Philips. Thanks to Flipkart for a good deal. The Mixer grinder quality is very good. It is working properly. Jars are also good in quality. A bit noisy but overall good product in this price range. Customer care service of Philips is also good.

first of all if you can't bear big sound don't ever go for this product it makes a hell of sound just like drilling roads , and about the buit quality it is good not brilliant but small one with good plastic quality , really it grinds pretty well if you can bear the sound for 30 seconds it makes wonder with its grinding power . only minus is the sound it makes hell when it is working but comparing to other grinders which takes nearly 2 minds to do the work this philips mixer grinder takes ne...

Satisfied. Deal could have been better, if bigger size ( 1.0 Ltrs ) plastic jar was also sold in this offer,, l am ready to pay extra money for this jug. Making sound when in operation. I have a Moulinex ( made in France) mixi & using it from around 20 Years. It is better than this Phillips products.

performance wise it is good , but the base is not sturdy , it doesn't seat properly , the rubber bushes are slippery on the kitchen slab.

Motor is powerful enough but the jars given are not compatible enough for this motor. Jars are small and their lids are coming off while running, you need hold the lid tight otherwise it may mess up your kitchen. Grinding is smooth but the only con is the jars and their lids are really disappointing. You need to be extra careful while operating.
