warning: dont buy this if you have a big head. this wont suit you.

4. doesnt gets heated (i used for 1 hour continuously)
5. decent bass quality.

cons:
1. doesnt suit for big headed people
2. dont expect high bass effect.
3. it takes some time to accustom with this rotatable heads...

I saw that most reviews complain about the bass being weak but it's meant to be a monitoring headphone (as the name says, It's not as good as the professional ones, but it almost does the job) so it'll have very few coloring and would have an almost balanced frequency response. These are one of the best or simple better than others available in this price range. I would recommend this over SONY headphones in same price range or even those available at 1500-2000 are not better than philips.
