PHILIPS SHP2500/97 Bluetooth without Mic (Black, On the Ear)

First of all hats off to Flipcart for the quick delivery. But I am not satisfied with this product.

cons:-
1. Effect of bass only feels at high volume.
2. Useless 6 m long wire. (as I am using for laptop)
3. Volume is very low , need to set all volume bars to max.
4. I tried with my mobile phone but produce very low volume. i.e not well compatible with mobile phones.

pros:-

1. Good treble and mids.
2. Very clear voice.

Person who like to watch TV shows, movies can go for this but don't ...

Sound: 40mm drivers show their prowess. Bass is deep and 3D capabilities are impressive. Very low distortion, though this may be due to the low volume output for these headphones. The maximum Db level is not impressive. Not recommended for movies/loud music

Build: Very comfortable ear muffs. Top band is hard plastic, would have preferred some padding....For a couple of hours though, these headphones are quite comfortable.

1. For indoor use only. Voice is low in case of noisy surroundings.
2. 6m cable doesn't make this handy which is a great drawback when used with cellphone/mp3 player.

Nice headset...but mid and high levl not good ..but...dcnt sound qlty...nice bass for the prc range...if u r using pc or mob volm levl bit low ...but gud for tv i like it

First of all I see many people complaining about its Quality & low volume. They should take note that this headphone requires lots of power & burn in of at least 100 hrs to drive properly. It also depends on how well the headphone jack of your devices is amplified/ powered.
Can be driven at decent output from Desktop PC but for laptop & other portable devices like PMP or mobiles then make sure you have an headphone amp in your Audio Chain to take optimum juice out of these headphones if the ...

Sound is great but the chord is too long. Not for carrying purpose.

Bass is good and it looks great and comfy on ears. Buy if you can manage the chord.

have recently gifted these to someone. and i myself hv owned this pair fr six years now.
so i can vouch the for the durability.
they are by default not that good in bass, but unlike other headphones out there, the bass if increased by equalizer does not distort. these are great for tv and movies.
superb for indoor use. i cannot recommend them enough fr the sound at this price. used them roughly for six years and still sound as if bought yesterday.
