Expected a better product

II have been using it for few weeks and it never gives a clean job on the neck region. I always have to use a razor blade afterwards to get a clean look.
And note that they don't take Returns, they only provide Replacement. I fell for this and I don't want you guys to fall for this. And the trimmer is just for a show, its performance is really bad.

It does not meet my expectations, popup trimmer is very poor, it taking a lot of time for cut of small hair and shower also taking much time for clean-ness, I won't recommended this product in Philips
