An excellent product. Thoughtfully designed for senior citizens. Long battery life. Interestingly no facility to turn on silent mode. It will ALWAYS ring like our good old landlines. SOS and one touch dialing are very useful. Read aloud feature and large keys ensure correct dialing even by advanced age persons.

Yes I purchased it from flipkart, as usual, they delivered it well in time. The Philips X2566 is sturdy, spacious, comfortable and easy to use.Large font display, menu in List form, Large Icons make it best for beginners and Sr Citizens.Keys are smooth in functioning.
It is essentially an Essential Phone. And, when it is Philips we are sure of good quality, I believe.
The only minus point is its high price. It is not a luxury phone but a feature loaded essential phone.

Gifted this phone to my dad 3 years back and still it is working fine like charm.battery backup is very good and FM radio,torch sos feature is good.Nice phone for old people with big dial pad.

Great Phone, meant for senior citizens, but can be used by any age, very comfortable too ! The battery is very decent and good quality sound while listening to FM.

I bought this for my Mom thinking it will help her and it has just done the opposite. the voice clarity is very poor and after one year of usage we have decided to throw this away and buy a regular phone for Mom.
