Inefficient

This product was never delivered to me and here it shows that it was delivered. I have informed the flipkart team so many times about the issue and everytime I am told to wait for 24-48 hours, I wonder if the time standard is different on this site?? And I have asked the service tram to reimburse my money since the product does not get delivered to me on the repeated promised time but still here I am neither getting the product nor the reimbursement.
