Device physics: One of the best book in its category

The book greatly helps to uncover the physics behind the most of semiconductor devices. Foundation on mathematics, quantum mechanics, basic knowledge about the semiconductor are the perquisites for any reader. The book mainly targeted about the research scholars or course instructors but also there is something for any under-graduate reader. I strongly recommend the book for the students who wants to master the device physics for their future life. Another similar kind of book with strong mat...
