Mainly, the refill of Pier Cardin itself is culprit. Any pen in this price range of Cello or Reynolds will be much much smoother than this pen in writing.
Mainly you are paying for design in Pier Cardin, and worth buying look in this price range.
so, 3 stars for nice design in cheap price.
