A:No, it is a DC +12v powering device.you directly not connect the laptop or mobile although you connect this with blutooth stereo but only when you are powering it with +12V DC (either Battery or SMPS)

Q:can i use at home with subwoofer
A:Not easily ,But you can do this.You need to powering it with +12V DC power, For which you have two option (1. using +12v car/ inverter battery and 2. by using computer SMPS minimum 50 amp @ 12v ).

Q:can i use 2 pioneer subwoofer 350w rms.in full gain?
A:It will drive it,but this is stereo amplifier i would suggest u to buy a mono block 9601 or 8601 to drive a subwoofer and use this amplifier to drive your speaker your car will sound good enough
