    • Terms and condition: 1.This Pizza Hut E-Gift Card (E-GC) is issued by Yum! Restaurants India Private Limited (YUM) & its authorized franchisees. 2.These E-Gift Cards can be used to make Payments at participating Pizza Hut Stores in India, Pizzahut website and Mobile App. 3.This E-Gift Card is a one-time use card & any unused balance cannot be used again or be exchanged for Cash. 4.The person who has the Yum! Restaurants E-Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary. 5.More than one E-Gift Card can be used in one bill in stores but on Pizza Hut website & Mobile App, only one E-Gift Card can be used in one bill. 6.Do inform the cashier that you plan to use E-Gift Card for making payments before billing. 7.No cash refunds will be given against the card (including in case of loss or otherwise). 8.Any balance in this card is valid till the end of 6 months from date of purchase and any unused balance will expire automatically. E-Gift Card Cannot be revalidated once expired. 9.Rights to amend Terms & Conditions reserved with "Yum" and its authorized franchisees without prior notice. 10.Only participating Pizza Hut Stores would accept the E-Gift Card, YUM Restaurants and its authorized franchisees would add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice. 11.For all amendments, card balance & expiry details, please visit pizzzahut.co.in. 12.The user unconditionally accepts all T&C and shall not raise any disputes in this regard. Any dispute related to the E-Gift Card should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. 13.All disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of court at New Delhi.
    How to Redeem
    • At Offline Outlets: 1. Customer comes to Pizza Hut outlet and expresses intent of using Gift Card as payment mode 2. Selects merchandise and shares gift card details with cashier 3. Cashier prepares invoice and selects gift card tender as payment mode 4. Submits gift card details i.e., Card number, and PIN and amount in suggested field 5. Qwikcilver system will validate card details and as a response will display card balance 6. On successful validation cashier will be prompted to click on redeem button, post confirmation from the customer clicks redemption button and card gets redeemed 7. On successful redemption total invoice value will get adjusted by redeemed value 8. In case of the total invoice value goes higher than GC Redeemed value, customer is requested to opt for other mode of payment like credit / debit / wallet or cash for balance payment 9. On successful payment bill gets closed At Online (E-Commerce Portal / M-App) 1. Customer selects the product 2. Reaches to checkout page to apply the voucher code/ coupon and Gift Card details. 3. Selects Gift Card on Checkout 4. The first 5 digits of gift card will be pre-selected in the field, customer needs to input the balance digit only 5. Submit pin for validation post entering card details 6. System validates card details and displays available amount to redeem 7. Customer clicks on redemption button 8. On successful redemption total invoice value gets reduced by Gift Card redeemed value 9. System displays balance amount (if any) to be paid by customers 10. Customer pays the balance amount using another accepted mode of payment like Credit Card / Debit Card or wallet 11. Customer completes the checkout process; transaction gets completed and order gets confirmed
