Delightful
The product is considerably good, but the microphone is not as good as the blackwire series, picks up some surrounding noise. Anyway blackwire is more of business grade can't compare them with this model. The cushioning of the headset is good and sits well on the ears and doesn't create irritation even after hours of usage, and as usual the service of plantronics team is awesome, had called them to check if 628 needs downloading the software for dsp unit, turns out that this is plug and play ...
