No repair facility for Plantronics headsets
After using this fir some time the battery stopped charging, so when I contacted Plantronics toll free, I got to know there is no repair possible for Plantronics head sets after the one year warranty has expired !!!
Means one your head set goes bad after the one year warranty you can only throw this in the dustbin !!!!

I ordered for a Plantronics BackBeat Fit Wireless Bluetooth Headset on 22nd September 2015. Today I received the product. After the Delivery Man (Utpal Manna) left the place I opened the Flipkart Deliver Box. That time I had no scissor or knife handy to me, so I had to tear the box.
