Overall a good quality product
I am using it from last 2-3 months and i don't have any issues. My voice is audible to everyone even if i speak very low which makes easy to attend meetings without disturbing other people working beside me in office.
The voice clarity of both mic and earphone is good. This is really a worth buying the product if you are looking for multipurpose both office and personal.

Excellent Sound Quality !!!
This is a very nice headset with a long wire and it is absolutely compatible with Windows 7 and Lync. Earlier I was using BOSE set which Cost me around 105 USD (6300 INR). Excellent for Video and Audio as well. Unnecessary sound reduction functionality is just awesome. If you need quality then have to pay extra but I bet it is value for money. Just equal to the sound quality of BOSE ear phones.

Go for it
Got this from office, Works pretty good.Noise cancellation microphone is effective and voice quality is crisp clear.Music wise also not bad.

Worth every penny
I had sennheiser and now I have Plantronics, both are almost same. The main difference is the quality of microphone. Plantronics have much better mics than sennheiser skype headset.
Sound output is almost same, not huge difference.

Good and quality product
I have used this product in my office where Lync is used to call others both inside and outside organistaion and I found it very useful and effective. Both the mic and earphone quality are very good, compare to the other headphones its bit expensive but the quality is very impressive.
This was delivered to me through Delhivery and they are very slow.

Weightless and Best Quality Sound
I want to inform others that the wire is very thin and this could easily broke....also the build quality is not so good for 4398. I prefer my microsoft or sennheiser headset.
