Rose paan flavor is not good....other two flavours are good n effective, Rose paan flavour is just a wast of money

One of the best whey protein I have ever purchased.
Mixability is quite good, it mixes without much effort.Also i didn't felt bloated even after having 2 scoops at a time. Flavour is so much delicious, best flavour I have tasted.

I am a first-time user of any type of external protein powder. I found it was genuine and the taste is also good. Now after taking it for last 3-4 days I see that my muscles have recovered and strength recovery time has improved by about 5% to 10%. Third, my set numbers are increasing slightly because I'm not tiring as quickly.
