I'm so glad I switched to menstrual cup from pads , it took me two days to figure out which fold works for me, and once I got the hang of it I'm so blessed I never hv to switch back to pads again, and this will last me 5-10 years. Believe me girls, don't lose hope, even if you don't get it to work in first few tries, just keep trying and after sometime you'll be comfortable in it and never go back to pads.
