Useless product
This type of knee caps very uncomfortable and I personally believe that they are useless why because of the knee structure which keeps moving, this knee caps slips down and you will be fed up by repeatedly adjusting and feels embarrassed, so I believe knee sleeves switch are anti slip material may be better.
