    POOR

I got this book along with OP Gauba's book on Political Theory. The latter was miles better than this book. DO NOT BUY this book; chose OP Gauba's book instead which has comprehensively covered a lot of topics and that too in great detail.

Very concisely written and very useful for UPSC Mains Exam

This is a very good book to cover the concepts of political science for Section A of paper I in UPSC mains exam. Written in a simple language. The book is very thin but the contents are complete. Especially good for those who have time crunch to cover the entire syllabus. There is no need to spend money on coaching institutes if these kind of books are available. Read the book, grasp concepts and complement the effort with writing practise.
