Terrific purchase
This is a nice product. I have used it for more than 6 months. Nice heating capacity. Thermostat feature is awesome. You can adjust the heat as per your requirement, Hence it is very energy efficient.

There's a leakage since beginning. Lodged complaint three times. However no solution till date. Polycab service centre gives excuse as its due to high rise building, however i have another geyser in other bathroom and it's working fine. No leakage issue for it.
Since last more than one month, Service centre is not able to get the required part from Company. Very poor service. Very much fedup with the purchase of Polycab geyser.
