    I will recommend this book to everyone who is looking for a consolidated book on power systems which explains all the concepts.
    This book has all the topics to give you a feel of Power systems and the examples given are very good to complement the theory.

    I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, although the middle section was a bit repetitive and monotonous but that’s not fault of author nature of subject is something like that. The topics was well written and provide enough numerical for practice... in other words tough subject dealt in easiest possible way...

    Easy things explained in the hard way

    This book explains everything properly but the things are complicated unnecessarily. Although some parts are good, but still this book is not up to the mark. If you want better problem solving and derivations go for the book by C.L Wadhwa rather than this book. If you want easy precise explanations go for the book by V.K Mehta.
