I have not personally used this card yet... But im gona buy this soon... I wouldnt say that thus is the best out their... But in this price range its surly the best.... It cones close to gtx 570 and it can also be changed into a hd 6970 in just flick of a switch... Soo its a great card... Im using a 17" monitor soo... Max resalution is 1400x900 soo for me.. This card is like heaven..

Got this one recently and guess it plays all games at ultra on HD resolutions. I got it for about 13k range and this one is way more better then HD7000 series in that range.

That has made the original reference HD 6950 very much the hero card of the hour, and also much sought after.

I bought dis card, but had very frequent droping down of memory bandwith and games also lacks quality i strongly recommend not to buy this when u can get much better card for the same price that is nvidia geforce gtx 590 which supports 3d technology
