Coming to Charging, It takes a while to fully charge, say around 3-4 hrs.
Once charged, it can easily charge your phone 4-4.5 times in a row. Charge stays in the Charger with minimum loss for a 3-5 days, depending on how much you use it.

Amazing Product
This is one of the nicest power bank I've used, one full charge of the 15000mAh charges my iPhone 6 plus twice and iPad Mini 4 once. The charging is super fast as it has a 2.1A output. The design is very sleek and the LED light on top saved me when the electricity suddenly tripped while I was in my building basement :)
