Worth the money
A nice book to cover all your psychological & mental aspects as the ssb procedure is much demanding it will help u know better about the process but I Must say u can't rely completely on this book , it will tell you only about the officers approach & rest you have to do!... You have to Explore yourself by your own... Your own discretion will help you more!

Book is fine but my book has repeated chapters more than one and missed about 8 chapters language is good but missing of chapters is very excruciating this is not expecting from no frills acacdemy plz check all books then send them to aspirants
