DR. MERLYN W. GOMES is at present Professor and Head of Department of Pharmacology at D. Y. Patil University, School of Medicine, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. She has passed MBBS and MD Pharmacology from Lokmanya Tilak Memorial Medical College (L.T.M.M.C), Sion, Mumbai. She has worked with L.T.M.M.C and has worked for 14 years upto Associate professor at K. J. Somaiya Medical College and Hospital (K.J.S.M.C), Sion, Mumbai. She has been a rofessor and HOD outside Mumbai in the following medical colleges. Viz. PDMMC,Amravati, L.N.Medical, BhopalRama Medical,Kanpur. She has total teaching experience of over 25 years in the subject of Pharmacology. She also has a degree in Hospital Administration and Health management (PGDHHM) from Symbiosis Centre of health Care Pune (SCHC).
