About Swami Shankardevananda
Dr. Swami Shankardevananda or Dr. Swami Shankardev Saraswati is the founding co-partner of Big Shakti. He was born in Australia and graduated in medicine from Sydney University in 1976. He lived in India for about a decade and studied yoga and yoga therapy at the Bihar School of Yoga, under the direct guidance of Swami Satyananda. He has also compiled the titles, Yogic Management of Asthma and Diabetes and The Effects of Yoga on Hypertension.
