It brews the decoction fast and the consistency is just as I want it. For 125 ml it brews within under a minute but for a larger quantity it may take longer as it begins to drip drop by drop after the initial amount. Still I am sure it if faster than a traditional steel filter. Overall I am quite happy with the product.

It's the best drip coffee maker in its' class. A very simple but fool proof process when compared to other products. The decoction is strong and residue free, unlike other coffee makers, whose decoction is inadequate(diluted regardless of the quantity of coffee powder you add) and always contain residues.
