Did not meet expectations

Earlier I was using Excel for around 7 years for which mother board is not available and hence could not repair the non-heating problem. It was 2100W and was great. As per reviews and suggestions i chose to buy trendy plus and within a month, heating problem. WIthing a minute, e5 error and then I've to turn it off and immediately turn it back on and works fine for some time. For every 3-4 dosas, I've to switch off to cool and then start using it again. So i think probably excel plus might be...
