If you are an expectant mother or getting into the journey it is good to have an initial insight with this book. Though it is not very details or something you will get a lot from
But atleast a kick start to search and read more from internet. I found few things confusing, like they said eat haldi chutney while my mom said strictly no to it, so maybe be a little cautious while you follow the advise. A good read overall!
