No Warranty claims shall be entertained if customer does not get warranty activated within 7 days for whatsoever reason. Repalcement shall be sent to Customer's address once defective item is returned. For Data Cables, Warranty is valid only for 3 months from Date of Purchase. Customer need to pay 85-110 Delivery Charges for replacement order.

Misuse, mishandling, and poor product condition void the warranty. Replacement, subject to validation, incurs delivery charges (approx 60-120 INR based on pincode). Replaced items are not covered. Only one replacement is allowed during the warranty. In some cases, customers must self-return products for warranty claims, covering return shipping costs. Disputes are under Delhi jurisdiction.
