after taking money.gradually fast loosing trust if continue to play tricks with customers.product OK and can be reordered if after sales support smooth. Advice to prestige - send repair person to repair in home if you want survive

plz dont buy this item. it is not an induction heater. it is just like iron press. it efficiency is very poor and power consumption too much. and quality is blind spot on the name of prestige cookware. after 2 month of purchase product is dead! no return policy from Flipkart only they can replace ur item if they found it faulty.
