Q:I have ordered prestige pic 3 v3 only because it prevents insects to enter the unit. But I received prestige pic 3.1 v3. Does this model prevent insects entering in to the unit?

A:I also received the same. Not completely as there is ventilation opening at the bottom for fan cooling.

A:You can use all type of utensils with flat bottom...Curve bottom utensils are not detected by any kind of induction cooktop.

Must have it

Using it for 16 months now. No problem till now. Great performance. Multiple heat modes are fantastic and also the touch panel. Prestige launched a good cooktop. Flipkart price was not so reasonable but the packing and delivery was good. Must purchase it.

Works like a charm

The product is good and does everything it is supposed to do. My mum can work around the menu so this thing has to be simple. Heats up quite fast and energy consumption is average, takes up almost 1 unit if operated for 75-90 mins.

For those who do not have induction base utensils my advice would be to take a bundled set rather than the cook top on its own.

Excellent product- i was purchased from FLIPKART, We all know about the packaging of Flipkart. At a short time food is preparing, no need to waste the time of 30 mins - 1 hr for cooking. Time consuming is less.

At a short time, my food is preparing. And it has good MENU options, which is adjusted easily by the family members. Within seconds of time, it is getting heated. At the bottom of the "Induction cooktop" cooling Fan is arranged. Easy to handle by home makers.

The product till now is giving nice service.

I like the product.Hope I need to thank Prestige for their product and seller for good packing.
Till now its serving us good.No complaints.I purchased it around 2 months back.

But I hav fear of flipkart. Now days, they r not bothering quality.
Earlier I used to order anything in flipkart closing my eyes.Hope its not the case now.

Pretty Decent

Quite simple to operate. It works with most flat stainless steel vessels. Quite noisy. I've boiled 1 and half litre milk and it was fine. I've even used the pressure cooker for dal, boiled rice, and made dosas with the cooktop. Let's see what the electricity bill is like. Flipkart was prompt in delivering the item. I got a damaged piece but Flipkart replaced it quickly. I need the induction cooktop because I don't have a gas connection, but I only hope my eletricity bill is not too high.
