Very Good
Good electric boiler auto cut only work to boil the water not milk good. Don't think another boiler it work properly but don't boil pure cream milk mix some water and with spoon round in it otherwise mik get black and hard in the base of kettle just go for it.

pros - product is good quality is also good , you can cook causual dishes immediately if you use it wisely.
cons - temperature is too high sometimes it overflow milk , burn Maggie etc. so i want to recommand prestige that provide manual temperature system in dis product. overall product is nyc and worth to money .

worst product. just like china product. it even not work properly for 1 year. I bought this on 6 dec 2018 and I have to repair it after 3 months in March 2019 after that need not to use so I put it for next winter. now I re used it and after using 1 week it again stop working and now warranty is also over. and one more thing, it's auto shut off is not working. I notice this thing at this time because it stop working due to over heating. I write this comment after one year.

Does the job
It is working...bit not as fast as before...It started leaking from the sides...not a good built or defective... definitely I should have gone for a better electronics brand...I need to take this for checking before I get into trouble...just after 3 weeks I noticed this...I was not using it enough Otherwise I would have reported this sooner for a replacement...

Pretty good
Good in this price (Rs 599). Body of kettle becomes hot and wire is very short. Inspite of these 2 things its a good purchase.

Not so great quality!
Build quality is not so good and also make lot of noise while water is being heated.
When contacted customer care for returning and refunding of the product, got to know that there is no refund option and only replacement option was available for this product.
So was forced to apply for replacement even though I was not happy with the product.
So less rating for product as well as customer care for not resolving the issue with the seller.
