After receiving, Installed batteries and checked. Only one burner have spark every time we press the auto Ignition switch. Other two burners only spark once in 3 to 5 attempts. will monitor for some time or else will have to take it to the service center. A branded company like prestige must have better quality control in place to ensure all items are in proper condition when dispatched. It feels bad when we order for premium products and receive malfunctioning items.

This stove is having some mechanical issue with the auto ignition system. this defect in particular appears to be a part of the used kind and style of auto ignition system. You shall be required to keep on adjusting it manually as it's a rotatable kind of assembly which is also the reason for the issue. Looks fantastic. On pushing the auto ignition button lighter connection for all three burners makes the tik tik sound, one can light the required burner by turning the knob on.
No issues found till now after using for 2 weeks. Rest will update if i find any issue.
In general one should always make sure not to clean a glass top stove with wet cloth just after you have cooked and surface is still hot. You cannot go on not taking the precautions and then complain the glass top shattered.
