BY THE OWNER THE MINCER BLADE : It chops, minces, liquidizes, mashes vegetables, | purees and also mixes light dough. Ingredients | should be cut In pieces before being placed into the container. Place the stem in the ingredients and work it around the container. In a few seconds you will get desired consistency. It is used to make cocktails, milkshakes, butter ] milk, lassi, curd, Soup ete. The six openings in this blade are designed to achieve an optimal blend of ingredients in a few seconds. Use low speed when using solids and high speed for liquids. THE BEATER BLADE : It whips, beats and aerates cream. It is also used for cake dough. Its warped shape allows it to emulsify liquids and inject air with every rotation. Move the blender slowly up and down and tilt slightly to work air into the liquid or paste. Be careful not to raise the blade over the surface of the mixture. Use a deep & Narrow container for the best result. FUNCTIONS OF VARIOUS BLADES FIXING AND CHANGING BLADES Use given spanner cum spatula to take off an attachment. Remove your blace with the helo of given spanner cum | spatula, so it will not out your finger. (As shown in picture) Hand Blender OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS : 1) Select one of the three blades as desired. To fix blade, position the blade end of the shaft in such a away that the slot at the blade end and the pin/projection at the shaft end are in line. Now push the blade gradually till you hear a “Click”. The blade is now fixed to the blender. 2)Plug the cord in the socket on your switch board and switch on. 3)Now hold blender in the palm of your hand and position the recess in the upper part of the body of the blender between the thumb and first finger. Use your first and second finger to operate the switch of the blender. ‘Il’ indicates high speed and ‘O' indicates off. Use low speed for solids and high speed for liquids. 4) To remove blade first remove the plug from the socket on the switch board. Then hold the blender vertically upside down. Use the spanner provided by positioning the shaft of the blade in the slot of the spanner. Push the spanner in the downward direction with a slight jerk 5) Use deep vessels to avoid spillage. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS : Switch off the blender and remove plug from the socket on the switch board before cleaning. For non-oily residues hold the blender in such a way that the blade end of the blender is under the tap. Open the tap and manually rotate the blender in the palm of your hands under the flow of water. Wipe it with a dry cloth.
