About the Author
Dr. Fred L. Manning is an affiliate professor CEE at Purdue University. He has authored over 80 journal articles, and nearly the same number of papers. He is currently a member of two Committees of the Transportation Research Board. His research interests are in the application of econometric and statistical methods to a variety of engineering problems, highway safety, transportation economics, automobile demand, and travel behavior.
