Mathematicians around the world commonly call this book as "babyrudin"..If you are new to analysis dont read this, may be read one of this "malik s arora or Arumugam isaac or n.p.bali" and then try this babyrudin book.

Terrific purchase
It's actually for Master's students , a great and concise book for real analysis . This book is just amazing , so amazing that it has a Nick name "Baby Rudin" .
