the book is very well written and provides you with much food for thought.

though there is one basic problem with the book: it has too many typing/ proof reading errors; especially in chapter 4.

we would be very grateful to prof. Hatekar if he could come up with a revised edition that resolves this issue.

its is one of the good book for beginning Students of Econometrics students and concept is clearly mentioned and gives basic ideas and it gives command programme also useful to students those interest in econometrics ans lastly i will suggest in they should incorporate time series analysis its better to learner. it is good book and quality of pages.
