This tummy trimmer is actually a multipurpose equipment. Along with tummy, it has helped me strengthen my arms, legs, shoulders etc.
Also helped me to get rid of my spine and cervical issues.
The spring quality is awesome. Foot paddles are fairly comfortable in standing as well as lying position.
